Main report courtesy of BAR, other elements per my own logs. Article updated by Ben Sadler

SH-3's '613/4/5' were all in low vis grey. SH-3H 151550/615 had a damaged tail after being struck by an F-14A which broke loose on the flight deck when its tow bar broke. VA-176 A-6E 157003/510 and VS-28 S-3A 160607/702 were also assigned to the ship but spent the week at Mildenhall. A-6E 157003/510, F-14A 161852/211 and S-3A 158873/706 took part in the static display at the Leuchars BOB show on 19.9.
