07/02/07 ? CH-46E HMM-364 USMC Crashed after being struck by a missile in Al Anbar province, about 20 miles North West of Baghdad, Iraq
28/02/07 ? Sea King Mk.42B ? Indian Navy Crashed after technical problems near INS Kunjali (II) in Colaba, India. Engine failure probably led to the mishap. The helicopter crash-landed on a routine training flight in shallow water off the sea near the naval air base.
05/03/07 158280 UH-1N HMM-264(R) USMC Destroyed in hard landing at LamuManda, near Manda /bay, Kenya at 16:30hrs whilst participating in Exercise "Edged Mallet", a bilateral military training exercise with Kenyan armed forces. All six crew members. were rescued and evacuated to the USS Bataan
16/03/07 0880/3-H-302 UH-1H   Argentine Navy The Navy lost this EA-3H Huey when it crash landed near the threshold of runway 01 at Viedma airfield, Argentine. It was routing Bahia Blanca-Comandante Espora to trelew when it apparently lost power.
21/04/07 162897 /6 F/A-18A Blue Angels USN BEAUFORT, S.C. (NNS) -- An F/A-18A Hornet assigned to the Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron (Blue Angels) crashed during the final minutes of an air show at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, S.C., at approximately 4 p.m. EDT, April 21. The pilot did not survive. The pilot of the jet was joining the Delta formation for the final manoeuvre of the aerial demonstration when the mishap occurred. It was his second year on the team, and first year as a demonstration pilot. The other five Blue Angel jets were not involved in the incident and landed safely moments later. The crash occurred approximately three miles outside the air station in the vicinity of Pine Grove Rd. and White Pine Rd. One civilian on the ground reported minor injuries and was transported to Beaufort Memorial Hospital. Some houses in the area received damage, the extent of which is unclear at this time. The name of the pilot is being withheld pending the notification of the next-of-kin. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation
